Who we are

AIM FLOW is responsible for the processing of the personal data described in this statement.

When you request an AIM Scan

You send us your name, your company name, your website, your phone number or email address, and what you want to solve, by WhatsApp, email or phone. The form on this site only prepares that message; the site itself stores nothing. A WhatsApp message goes through WhatsApp (Meta). We use your request to handle it, and for nothing else.

The legal basis is that you ask us for it yourself: these are the steps before a possible agreement. If you'd like news or offers from us by email afterwards, we ask for your consent separately.

When we contact you

Sometimes we contact businesses ourselves, by letter, and businesses with legal personality (such as a Dutch BV) also by phone. For that we use the company name and address from the Dutch business register (KvK) or the company's own website, sometimes the name of a contact person, and a measurement of the public website.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest: contacting businesses our services may be useful to. We don't email or message you unsolicited.

Rather not be contacted again? Let us know at info@aimintelligence.app or +31 6 39 49 70 42. We'll stop straight away. We only keep your company name and address on an opt-out list, so we don't contact you again.

How long we keep data

We keep requests and the data of businesses we contact until one year after our last contact. If you go on to hire us, the retention periods in our agreement apply. If you gave us consent to email you, we keep the proof of it until five years after the last message we sent on that basis, as the law requires.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We only share it with parties that help us do our work and with whom we have made agreements about your data, such as our email and hosting providers.

Your customers' data

When we work for you, we sometimes process your customers' data, for example their enquiries. For that we sign a data processing agreement with every customer, and we work in line with the GDPR.

Your rights

You may view your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use and have it transferred. To do so, email info@aimintelligence.app or call +31 6 39 49 70 42. We respond within one month, as the law requires.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
